We offer free Tracked48 shipping for all orders over £50.00.

DPD Next Day: 1 Business Day - £6.99

DPD Saturday: Saturday Delivery - £9.99

DPD Sunday: Sunday Delivery - £9.99

DPD Next Day 10:30 AM - £12.99

DPD Next Day 12:00 PM- £15.99

The order has to be placed before 4 PM to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will be processed the next working day, which would be the following Monday.*Excluding bank holidays

We do offer free international economy shipping over €150 to Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
For other European countries, the cost is €20

The duties and taxes are not included and not paid. We are doing our best to help customers avoid the duties and taxes to be applied on arrival.

Please note that if an order has been refused on arrival and the carrier has to return the parcel to us, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost from the refund.

Store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup. Please allow us some time to prepare your order and wait for the confirmation email that the order is ready for collection.

Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

NOTE:If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us on the day of the delivery. Please provide some photos and we will provide instructions for return.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Note:The original shipping costs and parcel protection costs are not refundable. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

●Items with any signs of wear, items without tags, items where the red security tag has been removed.

Please Note

● Please put a note inside the parcel with your details and order number. Also, please include if you wish to get a refund or exchange.

● For international returns we use a third-party return system so that we can provide a cheaper alternative for returns, instead of shipping the item back directly to the UK, but please note that the return will be processed only after it has been received in the UK. In some cases, the return timeframe for these returns is longer, as it will depend on the third-party carriers when the parcels will be delivered to our office in the UK. After you process the return on our portal, you will be provided with a link to track the return journey.
