We ship all free/standard delivery orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 o'clock on the same day but please allow up to two days for dispatch. All items are sent via recorded delivery. If in the unlikely event that you haven't received an item we will follow Royal Mails set procedure.
If we don't have an item that was ordered in stock we will let you know within two days and give you an expected time of arrival of a reorder, if you want you can wait for the item to arrive or you can always take the opportunity to refund your purchase.
We offer a special next day delivery service, which allows you to receive an item as soon as possible, whether it is because you have a big event coming up or your just impatient and can't wait to get your hands on an item. Just select DHL delivery on checkout and we will send out the item via DHL Domestic Express service, so the item would reach you on the next working day, please note this service includes an additional charge.
International Delivery and Customs
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs would be prior to buying.
- Some countries' customs may charge taxes for importing good from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
We try our best to help our buyers to minimize the risk of paying taxes, eg. marking the item as a sample or a gift of lower value. In our experience, about 92% of the parcels reach buyer without taxes paid. Even if you have to pay taxes and import duties, it will be much less than you should.
We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there were any problems just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you.
Returns are accepted within 30 days the buyer pays for return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered. Orders made on truclothing.com that over £50 are eligible for free returns as long as the delivery address is within the UK, please contact us to send you a free return label.
The procedure for refunds is:
- Send us a return request letting us know that you would like a refund
- Once it is accepted, please send the item back to us at our main warehouse at the Wood Green, London address
- Once we receive the item and check that it is in good condition we will issue you a full refund
As well as refunds you can always exchange an item, if this will make the item more suitable to your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging.
The procedure for exchanges are:
- Message us to let us know that you would like to exchange an item, and what item you would like instead
- If the item you asked for is in stock we would be happy to proceed, please attach a note to the parcel somewhere either outside or inside with the size/colour/style you want instead
- Once we get the item back, and it is in the same condition, we will send out the replacement item, there is no need to open a refund/return request in this case
- Once the item reaches us we will pay for the shipping to get the replacement item out to you
