Mainland UK Delivery
Standard Free Delivery (Royal Mail) – ORDERS ABOVE £50
We ship all free/standard delivery orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and delivery takes 2-3 working days.
* Orders above £50 – Free Delivery.
* Orders under £50 - £3.99 Postage Fee.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2PM on the same day but please allow up to two days for dispatch.
Next-Day Delivery (DPD)
We offer next-day delivery service, which allows you to receive an item as soon as possible, whether it is because you have a big event coming up or you are just impatient and can't wait to get your hands on an item. Just select DPD Nex Day delivery so the item would reach you on the next working day.
*The order has to be placed before 2PM in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday will be processed the next working day which would be the following Monday.
Saturday Delivery (DPD)
We also offer Saturday delivery with DPD for an additional cost. *Orders placed after 2PM on Friday will be processed the next working day which would be the following Monday.
NOTE: If the parcel has not been delivered within 4-5 working days of dispatch, please contact us asap so that we can react in time with the carrier.
- EU Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price at the time of check out – Shipping Fee: £14.99
- USA Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price at the time of check out – Shipping Fee: £16.99
- Rest Of the World - Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility – Shipping fee: (CA, AU, NZ - £20); For other countries, you can check with our team for more information.

- Some countries' customs may charge taxes for importing goods from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
We try our best to help our buyers to minimize the risk of paying taxes, exp. marking the item as a sample or a gift of lower value. In our experience, about 92% of the parcels reach buyers without taxes paid. Even if you have to pay taxes and import duties, it will be much less than you should.
If the parcel has not been delivered within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us asap so that we can react in time with the carrier.
NOTE: If for some reason, we don't have an item that when ordered was in stock, we will let you know within two days. We give you an expected time of arrival of a possible restock, the option of choosing another product. And of course, you always have the opportunity to cancel and refund your purchase.
We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a no questions asked money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there were any problems just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Orders made on truclothing.com that are over £100 are eligible for free returns as long as the delivery address is within the UK. In all the other cases, the buyer pays for the return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered – you have to contact us stating the fault and providing photos of the defect and we will provide further return instructions.
As well as refunds you can always exchange an item, if this will make the item more suitable for your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging.
We only offer 1 free exchange for each order, even when the order is above £100. If you will need a second exchange, or return for a refund of the exchanged item, you will have to cover the return postage fee.

We tend to process all the returns within 1-3 working days, but please allow up to 5 days during holidays. If your return has not been processed within 5 working days please contact us asap via our contact form, phone, or email address, so we can investigate with our return team.
