    "Extremely disappointed with my purchase,"

    "Extremely disappointed with my purchase, the collar size is spot on, however the chest size is drastically off. It's so much smaller than what you quote on your size chart, I'm fact it would've looked tight on my jack Russell terrier! My advice, do not purchase!"
