Before you buy
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date, in the same new condition, are eligible for a full refund or an exchange. Refunds go back to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Duties, taxes and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within the UK takes roughly 2 working days. You can also choose next-day service with Royal Mail or DPD. European orders go by DHL or DPD depending on the country, and take approximately 5–7 working days. If you are local, in-store collection is available within 1 to 2 business days. Purchases are delivered in a black plastic bag.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes — we ship to almost every country in the world. Shipping costs apply and are added at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm are sent the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
Do you do next-day delivery?
Yes. For Royal Mail the order needs to be placed before 2pm; for DPD the cut-off is 4pm.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes — four of them, across London: Plaistow, Wood Green, Croydon, and our leather shop on High Road in Wood Green. Addresses and opening hours are on the store locator.
Do you offer instalments?
Yes. Klarna and PayPal are both available at checkout — choose whichever suits you.
Can I cancel my order?
We change our minds too. We can cancel an order within 30 minutes of it being placed. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend cannot be cancelled.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Visa Electron. There is also a fast checkout option that securely saves your card details so you do not have to re-enter them next time. PayPal is available too, so you can pay without entering card details on the site — your account is charged once the order is complete.
Can I mix and match suit sizes?
It depends on the brand. For House of Cavani and Paul Andrew suits you can choose a different trouser size on the product page. For TruClothing suits we do not offer that, but the trousers can be tailored up or down by up to 2 inches without losing their shape.

Can I come and collect my order?
Absolutely — we would love to see you. Choose collection as the shipping method at checkout and wait for our confirmation email, then come to the shop you picked.
Do you hold the same stock in the shops?
Yes. Our warehouses sit just behind the shop. The exceptions are Blundstone shoes, New Rock, Demonia and a few leather jacket styles. If you want to try one of those on, let us know and we can have it there within 2 days.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
We do our best to avoid it, but on international orders the customer is sometimes asked to pay duties and taxes.
How do I create a return?
