What is your return/exchange policy?

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same new condition will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Duties and taxes and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is the shipping time?

Standard shipping within the UK takes roughly 2 working days. You can also select next-day service provided by Royal Mail or DPD. DHL or DPD sends European orders based on the designated country. Transit time varies and takes approximately 5-7 working days. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to almost all countries across the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

When my order will be shipped?

Orders placed before 2 PM are sent on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next Monday.

Do you have a local store?

Do you offer instalments?

Yes, we do offer Klarna and Paypal payment options where you can select the most convenient option for you.

Do you do next-day shipping?

Yes, of course, we do! If you wish your item to be sent by Royal Mail, the order needs to be placed before 2 PM, if you want it to be sent by DPD, then the cut-off time is 4 PM.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We can cancel the order for you within 30 min of placing the order. Please bear in mind, that orders placed on Friday and during the weekend cannot be cancelled.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Visa Electron. We also provide a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases. PayPal: Shop easily online without entering your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website


Can I come and collect the item?

Absolutely! We would love to see you. During checkout, select collection as the shipping method and wait for our collection confirmation. As soon as you get the email, you can come to selected store.

Do you hold the same stock in the shop?

Yes, our warehouses are located just behind our local store. Exceptions we do not have are Blundstone shoes, New Rock, Demonia and a few leather jacket styles. If you want to come and try it on, just let us know and we can get the item for you within 2 days.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

We are trying to do our best, but sometimes the customer will be asked to pay duties and taxes for the international order.
