RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Note: The original shipping costs and parcel protection costs are not refundable.

● For international returns we use a third-party return system so that we can provide a cheaper alternative for returns, instead of shipping the item back directly to the UK, but please note that the return will be processed only after it has been received in the UK. In some cases, the return timeframe for these returns is longer, as it will depend on the third-party carriers when the parcels will be delivered to our office in the UK. After you process the return on our portal, you will be provided with a link to track the return journey. For any questions or updates during the journey, please contact us.

    "First of all I want to say that the suit arrived and I was pleased with the quality.

    I read the reviews before ordering it and one review said order the next size up as the suits are on the small side. So I ordered the next size up and it was too big. Either the reviewer is in denial about his size or it was a one off.

    Now waiting for my exchange suit. Return process is straight forward and communication has been excellent."

    "One point to note is the suits are small fitting, so get the next size up. I have to add the customer service provided is second to none, so if you do order the wrong sizes the team are happy to mix and match other sizes from the set suit ones on offer!"
