Saturday Delivery (DPD)

International Delivery


France, Germany, Italy and Spain – Free delivery for orders above 150€.

For all other International orders, the shipping fee will vary based on location & weight, and it is calculated live on the checkout.



EU Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price when checking out.
USA Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price at the time of check out
Rest of the World - Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there were any problems, just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Orders made on truclothing.com that are over £100 are eligible for free returns as long as the delivery address is within the mainland UK. In all the other cases, the buyer pays for the return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered – you have to contact us stating the fault and providing photos of the defect, and we will provide further return instructions. 


Exchange Policy

As well as refunds, you can always exchange an item; if this will make the item more suitable for your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging. 

*If on your exchange you request a different size of trouser (from the one that the set incudes), please note that there a £10 fee is charged. 

UK ONLY - We only offer 1 free exchange for each order, even when the order is above £100. If you need a second exchange or return for a refund of the exchanged item, you will have to cover the return postage fee. 

In all other cases, same as for the refund procedure, the buyer pays for the return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered – you have to contact us stating the fault and providing photos of the defect, and we will provide further return instructions.
