    "Die Mütze ist hochwertig verarbeitet.

    Aber...

    Es wurde eine Mütze mit "Rasierklinge" bestellt.

    Geliefert wurde eine Mütze OHNE "Rasierklinge".

    Damit fehlt für mich ein entscheidendes Detail, welches der eigentliche Grund meiner Bestellung war.

    Ohne dieses Detail ist es (für mich) nur eine gewöhnliche Mütze."
