RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Note: The original shipping costs and parcel protection costs are not refundable.

● For international returns we use a third-party return system so that we can provide a cheaper alternative for returns, instead of shipping the item back directly to the UK, but please note that the return will be processed only after it has been received in the UK. In some cases, the return timeframe for these returns is longer, as it will depend on the third-party carriers when the parcels will be delivered to our office in the UK.
