    Ich kann vor diesem Händler leider nur warnen. Die Lieferung und der Kauf liefen zwar normal ab, aber bei der Retourenabwicklung zeigt sich das wahre Gesicht des Kundenservice.

    Obwohl die Ware ordnungsgemäß und innerhalb der Frist zurückgesendet wurde, verweigert der Händler die Rückerstattung. Es werden unberechtigte Vorwürfe konstruiert (unter anderem angeblicher Rauchgeruch und Abnutzung), um die Retoure abzuweisen. Der Kundenservice zeigt sich absolut uneinsichtig, eskaliert grundlos und sucht gezielt nach Ausflüchten, statt das Problem kundenfreundlich zu lösen.

    Wer Wert auf einen verlässlichen Service und eine faire Retourenabwicklung legt, sollte hier definitiv nicht bestellen. Einmal und nie wieder.

    Beautiful suit, with lovely features. Tweed material which makea this look much more expensive than it is! A real bargain!! Unfortunately my husband needed a larger size due to weight gain.
