Next-Day Delivery (DPD)
We offer next-day delivery service, which allows you to receive an item as soon as possible, whether it is because you have a big event coming up or you are just impatient and can't wait to get your hands on an item. Just select DPD Nex Day delivery so the item would reach you on the next working day.
*The order has to be placed before 2PM in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday will be processed the next working day which would be the following Monday.
Saturday Delivery (DPD)

NOTE: If for some reason, we don't have an item that when ordered was in stock, we will let you know within two days. We give you an expected time of arrival of a possible restock, the option of choosing another product. And of course, you always have the opportunity to cancel and refund your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Orders made on truclothing.com that are over £100 are eligible for free returns as long as the delivery address is within the UK. In all the other cases, the buyer pays for the return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered – you have to contact us stating the fault and providing photos of the defect and we will provide further return instructions.
As well as refunds you can always exchange an item, if this will make the item more suitable for your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging.
We only offer 1 free exchange for each order, even when the order is above £100. If you will need a second exchange, or return for a refund of the exchanged item, you will have to cover the return postage fee.
